The Solent is one of the finest cruising grounds in the world, offering a remarkable variety of destinations, each with its own unique character and charm.
The Needles & Alum Bay
One of the Isle of Wight’s most iconic landmarks, The Needles are a spectacular sight at the island’s western tip. Marvel at the dramatic chalk stacks, abundant wildlife, and the famous coloured sands of Alum Bay. A truly unforgettable destination and a highlight of any Solent cruise.
The Beaulieu River
Cruise gently up this beautiful and tranquil river, renowned for its rich wildlife, ancient woodlands, and impressive riverside homes. Arrive at Buckler’s Hard, where many of Nelson’s warships were built. Visit the fascinating maritime museum, enjoy lunch at the Master Builder’s Hotel, relax in the Captain’s Table or local pub, or simply savour a luxurious onboard lunch before returning to the Solent.
Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth
Situated in the historic heart of Portsmouth’s naval heritage, Gunwharf Quays combines history with modern waterfront living. Enjoy an excellent selection of restaurants, bars, and designer shops, or visit famous attractions including HMS Victory, HMS Warrior, and the Historic Dockyard.
Ocean Village, Southampton
Located in the heart of Southampton, where ships from around the world once unloaded their cargoes, Ocean Village has been transformed into a vibrant marina destination. Today it offers a wide range of restaurants, cafés, bars, and the renowned Jetty Restaurant at the Harbour Hotel.
Cowes
The sailing capital of the UK, Cowes is a must-visit destination. Cruise up the scenic River Medina before berthing at one of the town’s marinas. Explore the bustling High Street with its independent boutiques, pubs, and restaurants. The Smoking Lobster is a particular favourite among visitors.
The Hut, Colwell Bay
One of the South Coast’s premier dining destinations, The Hut combines exceptional food with a stunning beachfront setting. Its relaxed atmosphere and spectacular views make it a truly memorable experience. Reservations are highly sought after, but we may be able to assist in securing a table.
Yarmouth
This charming harbour town on the Isle of Wight is full of character. Quaint shops, excellent pubs, and quality restaurants are all within a few minutes’ walk of the harbour. Be sure not to miss the famous fudge shop during your visit.
Lymington
A delightful Georgian market town set on the edge of the New Forest. Lymington offers a wonderful mix of independent shops, cafés, restaurants, and a picturesque waterfront, making it one of the Solent’s most popular destinations.
The Hamble
A centre of British sailing and yachting, the River Hamble is lined with marinas, yacht clubs, and waterfront pubs. Cruise upriver and enjoy a leisurely lunch while soaking up the atmosphere of this quintessential sailing village.
Bembridge
One of the Isle of Wight’s hidden gems, Bembridge offers a charming village atmosphere, beautiful beaches, and a picturesque harbour. Its relaxed pace and traditional seaside character make it a favourite destination for those seeking a quieter escape.

From the moment you arrive, every detail has been carefully planned to ensure an unforgettable experience.
Your day begins at approximately 10:00am, where you will be welcomed aboard our stunning Sunseeker Manhattan 55 by our professional skipper and crew. Following a comprehensive safety briefing, you'll have the opportunity to relax and settle into your luxurious surroundings.
To start the day in style, enjoy a glass of chilled champagne accompanied by delicious nibbles. For those who prefer a more traditional start, freshly prepared bacon baps are also available.
Once all guests are comfortably on board, we'll set sail into the beautiful waters of the Solent. Your itinerary is entirely flexible and can be tailored to your preferences. Working alongside our experienced skipper, Arran, you'll decide on the perfect destination, with expert recommendations based on the day's weather and sea conditions to ensure the best possible experience.
As you cruise through some of the South Coast's most spectacular scenery, our attentive crew will keep the champagne flowing while you relax and enjoy the company of your guests. Thanks to our advanced Seakeeper stabilisation system, you can enjoy exceptional comfort throughout the day, minimising boat movement and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable journey.
Following the champagne reception, a selection of wine, beer and soft drinks will be available throughout the day for all guests to enjoy.
Whether you choose to spend your time exploring secluded anchorages, soaking up the sun from the spacious flybridge, dining at one of the Solent's renowned waterfront restaurants, or simply enjoying the luxury of life on board, your day will be tailored entirely around you.
As the afternoon draws to a close, we'll begin our leisurely return journey before arriving back at your chosen pick-up location at approximately 5:00pm–6:00pm.
