A day on the Solent, properly done.

A brand-new Sunseeker.
A quiet stretch of the Solent.
Yours for the day.

  • Your day, your way

Whether you'd like us to collect you Poole, Southampton, Portsmouth or set off straight from Lymington, the day is yours to shape. Tell us what you're hoping for and we'll build it around you, or pick one of our suggested itineraries if you'd rather leave the planning to us.

  • Food and drink, sorted

Start the day with bacon sandwiches or fresh pastries on board, and drinks flowing from the moment you arrive, champagne included. From there, choose between premium platters served at anchor or a long lunch ashore at one of our favourite Isle of Wight spots. Just ask, and we'll point you towards the best of them.

  • Skipper and crew included

Your day is in the hands of our skipper Arran, who's highly qualified, hugely experienced, and trusted by everyone who steps aboard. He'll handle the boat and the route, while our onboard crew look after you from the moment you arrive at the marina.

Meet Mr Toad.
Your Sunseeker Manhattan 55

A brand new Sunseeker Manhattan 55, available for private charter from Berthon Marina in Lymington. She's a 56-foot British-built flybridge yacht, and a genuinely lovely boat to spend a day on. Even for those uneasy at sea, she has a Seakeeper gyro keeping her steady,

A few other features worth knowing about. The saloon opens directly onto the cockpit through a powered glass window that drops at the touch of a button, so the inside and outside become one space when the weather's good. The flybridge has its own bar, fridge and icemaker, which keeps everyone up top and out of the galley. The Beach Club platform at the stern folds down to the waterline with a shower and built-in barbecue, useful for swimming and long lunches at anchor.

Meet Arran,
your skipper

Now with a wealth of experience, Arran started his boating career at the age of 12. Volunteering at an island based sailing school, and gaining all the experience he could to put himself on the right track for a career at sea. After working on sail and Motoryachts through his teens out of Cowes on the Isle of Wight, he left home to join the merchant navy, where he spent a few years gaining experience on large cargo ships offshore and transatlantic.

Looking to get closer to home, Arran spent some time as a project manager at a local marina / yard in Lymington, where he developed a broad understanding of the technical side of yachting, maintenance and repairs. During this time he completed various yacht deliveries in UK waters and abroad, with many miles built up in the Mediterranean.

Now in his third season as a freelance Motoryacht skipper, Arran joins us to oversee days afloat on ‘Mr toad’ and ensure your comfort and safety whilst on charter with us.
